Roxanne Perez defeated Tiffany Stratton in the final to become the WWE NXT Women’s Breakout winner. With this victory, Perez secured a contract to redeem anytime and place for the NXT Women’s Championship hosted by Mandy Rose.
On the way to the final, Perez defeated Kiana James in the first round and Lash Legend in the semifinals. For Stratton, she should never have been in first place in this competition.

Stratton was replaced a few weeks ago after Nikita Leon was ruled out due to injury. He then booked himself for the final against Perez, defeating Fallon Henley in the semifinals.
2022 and the first NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament debuted on the May 10 episode of NXT 2.0. In addition to the names mentioned above, Ariana Grace, Tatum Paxley and Sloane Jacobs also competed, but lost their respective matches to finish.
Roxan Perez will now be vying for the NXT Women’s Championship and the search will begin next week with a match for the six women’s tag team.
She will work with Indy Hartwell and Kora Jade in non-title capacity to compete with The Toxic Attraction (NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose and NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Jesse Zen and Gigi Dollin).
Speaking of next week, a championship match has also been announced where the new NXT tag team champions, The Creed Brothers, will defend their title for the first time since winning the belt last Saturday night.
Brutus Creed and Julius Creed defeated Pretty Deadly in NXT: In Your House to become the new NXT tag champion. On episode NXT 2.0, Diamond Mine leader Roderick Strong congratulated him on his victory in the June 4 premium live event.
Champion was then interrupted by Address Anofe and Malik Blade. The duo told Creed Brothers they wanted a title shot to make the first pairing for a chance at the championship. Following a positive agreement from the Champions, WWE booked a two-team championship match on NXT 2.0 for next week.
