It has been a long time since Neha Mehta left the popular show Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma. Neha Anjali was playing the role of Tarak Mehta in this show. However, after leaving Sitcom, Neha has now alleged that she has not yet received her dues from the makers of TMKOC.
In a recent interview, Neha explained how the last six months of payment are due and she hopes that she will get her hard earned money soon. She also mentioned that even though she contacted the TMKOC team to get her arrears, she has not yet received the payment. “I live a very dignified life and I don’t believe in complaining about anything. I worked as Anjali in Tarak Mehta for 12 years before leaving the job in 2020. The money for the last six months is exhausted. After leaving the show I called him several times about my arrears. I don’t like to complain … hopefully it will be resolved soon and I will get my hard earned money. ”
After releasing Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma, Neha Mehta completed the shooting of the Gujarati film. However, he has yet to get another television show. Speaking about it, the actress shared that she is waiting for some good offers and is focusing on new concepts. He said, ‘I am waiting for good offers. TV is a great medium and it has given me so much. But, after 12 years of acting, I didn’t want to go to another show right away. I am also focusing on new concepts and working on my production house. I hope to start working on web shows soon.
Meanwhile, Neha Mehta’s on-screen husband alias Shailesh Lodha from TMKOC has also left the show. News of his recent exit made headlines and fans panicked.
Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma is the most popular television sitcom. The first episode of the show aired in 2008 and has been running successfully for over 13 years now. TMKOC completed 3300 episodes in November last year.
