Narasimha Naidu was the fourth film for which they worked together and broke several box office records. It was a hit in the industry and was made with a budget of Rs 9 crore. It gained 30 crore shares and became the first Telugu film to do so.
His fifth film, Palnati Brahmanayudu, was a disaster at the box office.
