Alia Bhatt has shared a compelling video on the occasion of International Yoga Day. In a short clip on her Instagram handle, the actress was shown with her loving friend Edward, whom she identified as her ‘yoga partner’. On this occasion, Alia sent her best wishes to the fans and wrote, “Happy Yoga Day to my yoga partner and me.”
In the short clip, Gangubai Kathiawadi star is seen loving her kitty. Alia wore a tank top that she paired with gray yoga pants. She had her hair tied in a bun and she was seen doing yoga on the ground.
Apart from Alia, many celebrities including Shilpa Shetty, Malaika Arora, Anushka Sharma also wished Happy International Yoga Day. Even last year, Alia, who is known as an animal lover, congratulated her fans by showing her a video of her cat. She captioned the clip, “Happy Happy Yoga Day.”
She also showed fans a photo of her with Edward on her wedding day and called her a ‘cat of honor’.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia will next appear in Brahmastra with her husband Ranbir Kapoor. The recently launched Brahmastra trailer has hit the internet. Directed by Ayan Mukherjee, the film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mauni Roy in lead roles. Apart from Brahmastra, Alia Bhatt has a love story with Rocky and Rani with Ranveer Singh.
Alia is set to make her Hollywood debut in the film Heart of Stone with Gal Gadot. She has recently moved west for the shooting of her Hollywood film. She also shared a pre-shoot photo and wrote, “And I’m going to shoot my first Hollywood movie !!!! Feeling we have ‘Run out of gasp again – scared !!!! I wish you all the best.”
