The team announced Tuesday that the San Antonio Spurs have issued a further apology to Isaiah Robbie.
Robbie, 24, scored an average of 10 points on 51% shooting for the Oklahoma City Thunder last season and has started 62 games for them in the last two years. Facing a roster crunch, Thunder forgave Robbie earlier this week.
The 45th pick in the 2019 draft, Robbie claims a strong defense with his 6-foot-8 frame and he is slowly expanding his game. He scored 44.4% in nearly 100 attempts last season.
San Antonio, all-star guard DeJont Marela is trading at the Atlanta Hawks last month, is going for a rebuild and Robbie will be ready to get minutes on the young Spurs roster.
