Cleveland Browns QB Dishon Watson's disciplinary hearing to resume on Thursday

Sue L., a disciplined officer jointly appointed by the NFL and the NFL Players Association. Dawson Watson’s hearing before Robinson is over for the day and will continue on Thursday, a source told ESPN’s Adam Schaefer on Wednesday.

Watson has been accused by 25 women of everything from sexual harassment to abuse during a massage session.

The NFL is expected to insist on a suspension of at least one year, according to ESPN’s Dan Graziano.

Once the hearing is over, there is no set time for Robinson’s decision. Once he refuses, Watson will have the option to appeal. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell can either decide on that appeal or make an independent decision.

The judge ruled that one of the 25 cases must be amended with the name of the plaintiff. Watson and 20 other plaintiffs agreed to settle the lawsuit last week.

On Monday, one of the four active civil lawsuits was amended to name the Houston Texans as defendants. That day, Attorney Tony Bazby, who represented all 25 women together, said in a statement that “the overwhelming evidence that Houston Texans enable Watson’s behavior is incredibly reprehensible.”

Two grand juries in Texas refused to pursue criminal charges against Watson earlier this year.

The Texans sold Brown to Watson in March after the first grand jury found no charges against Watson.
