Everton

Lampard is looking to bring in good quality players in their place and the 27-year-old could add a good boost to the team. Chelsea
Some reports have suggested that Chelsea are pursuing Rabiot with former PSG star Fan Thomas Tuchel. The Blues could miss three midfielders this summer, with Jorgenho, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Ross Barclay all linked with possible exits. As a result, his interest in Rabiot is completely understandable.
