Siddhant Chaturvedi talks about Ranveer and Deepika
Siddhant Chaturvedi, who has worked with both Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, spoke about how different they are and how comfortable they feel with their co-stars.
Siddhant Chaturvedi was a part of Hindi cinema for some time, but he gained recognition for his role as MC Sher in Zoya Akhtar’s Gali Boy. The actor was perfect in the role of rapper, which inspired Ranveer Singh’s Murad to pursue his dreams. Now, in a recent interview, Siddhant has revealed that he was a star against Ranveer Singh when he first met her.
Speaking to ETimes, Siddhant revealed, “I was a star around Ranveer. One day after seeing Padmavat, I did my first reading for Gali Boy with him. I was overwhelmed to see the role of Alauddin Khilji. It was annoying to play the role of MC Sher with the actor playing Khilji, but when I met him to read, he was completely intentional (Ranveer’s role in Gali Boy). There was nothing like Khilji in him. I was amazed at how easily and flawlessly he presents himself in front of his on-screen characters. ,
After working with Deepika Padukone in Gehrayan, Siddhant also revealed how Bollywood couples take different ways to make their co-stars feel comfortable. He said, “Ranveer has a different way of making you feel comfortable. He has a way of empowering you. He charges you. Deepika on the other hand will stand quietly behind you and you will feel like yourself. She is simple and you feel like her friend. It also brings relief. You are not accused, but you feel comfortable. As an MC lion, I was very enthusiastic and motivated to inspire Murad. In Gehrian, I had to be comfortable enough to have a romance with Deepika. They have their own distinctive personalities and characteristics. The common denominator is that they are both incredibly supportive co-stars. ”
Siddhant Chaturvedi will next appear in Phone Ghost, where he will share the screen with Katrina Kaif and Ishaan Khattar. Along with Ananya Pandey and Adarsh Gaurav, he will also be seen in the film Kho Gaye Hum Kaha. He also has a war in the pipeline with Malvika Mohanan.
