Romeo Beckham, son of David Beckham, scored a very familiar looking goal

Do you bow down like that, Dad?

Romeo Beckham, a 19-year-old from England, and David Beckham, a veteran of Manchester United, scored the first goal of the season for Inter Miami CF II on a free-kick that looked very familiar.

In the 84th minute against Orlando City B, Romeo threw the ball into the wall and into the lower left corner of the net for his first MLS Next Pro goal.

The game commentator nodded to the kick for which David was famous, “I think we’ve seen this before.”

Romeo’s goal gave his team a 3-1 victory.

Proud dad David posted a goal on social media with the headline “Great free kick completed, more goals to come”.

“Love you dad who was there for you,” Romeo paid tribute to the father in his Instagram story.

Veteran Beckham holds the record for most goals from a free kick in the 18th Premier League. He is the co-owner of Inter Miami CF.
