Adams, who has 30 caps for the country, joined Leeds on Monday (July 4) after selling Manchester City to Calvin Phillips for an alleged fee of around 20 million.
He represents the fifth signing of Leeds ’transfer window, behind Brendon Aronson, Rasmus Christensen, Mark Roca and Darko Gibby, with Jesse Marsh trying to secure the Premier League’s survival on the final day of last season.
Speaking to the club’s website, Adams said he is excited to join the Yorkshire club with many familiar faces, having played under Marsh at Leipzig and the New York Red Bulls.
