Famous Marathi actor Gashmir Mahajani, who recently appeared in the film Sarsenapati Hambirao, is teaching his son to preserve the Maharashtrian heritage. The actor recently shared an Instagram reel showing how his son Vyom Mahajani celebrated his birthday.
The video shows father and son sitting in front of a table, cutting or breaking a birthday cake with a wooden hammer. Ujjwal Gajbhar’s latest Marathi song ‘Devicha Gondhal’ from Gashmir’s latest film is also played in the background to give a boost to the cake smashing celebration. Vyom is seen cheering the great Maratha ruler Chhatrapati Shivaji. Vyom picks up the hammer to break the cake, while Gashmir is seen singing along to the music.
Sharing the reels on social media platforms, the actor added in the caption, “I am proud that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj have more craze for songs than Spiderman / Superman. Gashmir is the son of famous Marathi actor Ravindra Mahajani. He has acted in films like Carry On Maratha, Deol Band, Kanha, One Way Ticket, I Know No Problem. He has also acted in Hindi films like Muskruke Dekh Zara and Dongari Ka Raja. Recently, Kashmir appeared in a historical drama which was screened on 27th May.
