The boxing ring veteran turned one year old on Thursday. For the incomparable, Tyson is making his Bollywood debut through ‘Ligar’, which also stars Ananya Pandey and Vijay Devarakonda in the lead roles. And as he celebrates his birthday today, Team Liger has a special message for him. The producer of the film, Karan Johar shared a video on his Instagram in which Vijay Devarakonda, Ananya Pandey and others are seen wishing him a special happy birthday.
Earlier in April, Tyson had completed dubbing of the film. Parts of his acting were shot in the US.
Liger The film has been in the news since the beginning, but due to the Kovid-19 epidemic, the filmmakers stopped shooting it. The film was scheduled to release in theaters worldwide on September 9 last year, but was postponed due to the growing number of COVID-19 cases at the time. Directed by Puri Jagannath, the film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy and Vishu Reddy.
It is produced by Charme Kaur in collaboration with the director’s production house Puri Connect. The film is now set to release on August 25, 2022 in five languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
