Inter Milan center-back could be another London-based name. The 30-year-old Dutch defender has only one year left in his current contract and is unlikely to extend it. Inter could have cashed in as Chelsea could have jumped on the bandwagon. De Vries is convenient to play in the back-three system and has a leader in dressing who can inspire the club to show interest.
3. Gleason Bremer
The Torino defender could also be one of the options to look for on the Premier League side. The Brazilian has been at the top of his game in Serie A for the past few seasons and is understood to be ready to take a leap into England. Chelsea could be a perfect place for him as he can play in his natural back-three defense like Torino. The Bremer costs around £ 34m which is also possible for the blues.
