Rahkim Cornwall has left the St. Lucia Kings to join the Barbados Royals. The Royals also selected provocative young batsman Teddy Bishop and fast bowler Naeem Young.

Jamaica Tallawah selected Trinidadian batsman Amir Jangu and veteran Barbadian seam bowler Ramon Refer.

The St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots re-drafted Joshua da Silva and John Russ Juggernaut and brought in Casey Carty and Jaden Carmichael.

The St. Lucia Kings have selected Akim Auguste to captain the West Indies at the 2022 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, along with Preston McSween and Leroy Lugh.

The Trincomalee Knight Riders re-selected veteran Khari Pierre along with Trinidadian teammates Anderson Philip and Terrence Hinds.
